32-64 channel discrete 405 nm laser diode shows mature & reliable technology. Extremely sharp & clear screen dots after exposing with a long run length, completely daylight operation with a service life over ten thousands hours, easily & economically replacement.

Dynamic autofocus. Accurately maintains the distance between the laser head & the media be constant. Each point of light exposure in the best focal lengths to ensure the consistency of each screen dot, clear and sharp.

Screen spots’ unique control technology. Can accurately compensate for the laser spot size caused by the dot gain problems, perfect performance of 1% to 99% of the grayscale gradient.

External drum exposing design. Nearly same way to the printer’s bending and clamping plate, the exposure of exactly the same high-quality screen spots, the output speed achieves at 28 1030x800mm plates per hour.

Easy to operate. High-speed USB2.0 interface makes desktop printer-like plug and play. With the output management software (Tiff Download) can be compatible to any sophisticated workflow seamlessly.

PS Plate Processor--- Quite economical model of processor to work on the processing of plates. Easy to operate and energy saving.

Plate Exposure--- Instant start and high effects of exposing, using imported rubber blanket and UV lamp.

Plate Puncher and Bender--- One unit of Superluck puncher can take charge of all the punching and bending tasks in the printing houses within many sets of printers. We produce relevant punchers for Heidelberg, KBA, Mitsubishi printer manufacturing factories locally.

Film Processor--- This film processor is used both in offset printing and medical films.         

Spray Powder Extractor--- Superluck Extractor has two types- up draw and down draw, quite popular used for the extraction of spray powder in offset printing.

Fountain Solution Filtration System--- A new product which is designed to prolong the usage of the printing press fountain solution filtration.
